Poor customer service
- - I bought Voila Birdseye Alfredo Chicken but it was missing the pasta.
- - They sent a $3 off coupon instead of refund or half off another bag.
I bought their voila birdseye alfredo chicken and it was missing the pasta. When i contacted them expecting a refund they sent me a coupon for $3 off my next purchase. So not only did they not give me my money back they did not even give me half off another bag.

User's recommendation: Do not expect a fair resolution to an issue. They will just send a coupon so you buy another item giving them even more money. They are greedy. I will admit that I used the coupon.

- - Website submission fails; Bertolli dinner had a metal object injuring gum and bleeding; plan to call for email to send photo.
I have tried repeatedly to submit a complaint on your website. NOTHING happens.
When you hit submit it says wait and NOTHING happens I waited for over an hour. I cooked one of the Bertolli dinners and bit into a metal object that injured my gum. I bled for a few minutes. Again I used website to complain but does NOT work.
I will try calling to get email address to accept my complaint and allow the picture to be sent. Picture of foreign object is below

Dissatisfied with a product

I bought a 24 bag box of movie theater butter popcorn for the microwave by Orville Redenbacher. And every single bag is greasy and dripping butter through the inner and outer package.
I don't want to put this in my microwave.
I checked the expiration date and it doesn't expire till 2021. I've bought this before and never had a problem.

Bought the coconut reddiquette whip twice! The nozzles quit working BOTH TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!! WILL NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN.

I am very sorry to have to make this complaint but I have been using Reddi Wip for as long as I can remember.
This weekend we attended a small backyard after wedding party with 25
guests--(with our lovely masks and social distancing) I had made the fruit cups &;;;;;; jello deserts and had brought the 2 pack of Reddiwip from BJ's for the desert table. Well the 1st can quit working after 6-7 uses would not work any more we rinsed nozzle and
still nothing- ok tossed it and got out the 2nd can well everyone was so glad to see another can- so to make a long story short, OMG the same thing happened but this time it wasnt even 6 times.
I was so embarrassed, I started to cry, but everyone started joking saying we don't need the extra calories.
I just received a call from the host of the party saying I should contact company & request a refund or a another 2 pack. She said she wished didn't throw out the cans.
I think the cans or nozzles mayhave been defective or something wrong with the aerosol to get the cream out of the can.
I still will buy Reddiwip it is the #1 cream in my book but I think that
I should receive refund

Received two coupons for new products. Gave them to the garbage can. Not one to give second chances, I'll never buy this brand again.
Cooked a bag of Steamfresh riced cauliflower, dumped it onto a plate, and there was a severed pincher from maybe an earwig. Bleach! Took a photo and sent it to corporate but throwing the whole plate out.

Your steamfresh mixed vegetables looked like a great product and easy to use. The picture on the package shows that the major ingredient is corn.
That is not true. Corn was the least ingredient.
I was pleased with the ease of microwaving 5 1/2 minutes but was very disappointed when I opened the package and saw it was nothing like the picture on your package. Perfect example of false advertising or misleading advertising.
